Individualised Support

Personal Support

At C4U Homes, personal support means truly understanding each young person as an individual. We work in close partnership with social workers and personal advisors to ensure all care aligns with their pathway plan. Regular joint reviews and shared planning help us shape tailored strategies that meet their evolving needs. We also offer access to counselling and therapeutic support, helping young people process past experiences, build resilience, and move forward with confidence. Our goal is to nurture self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, and the independence needed for a brighter, self-directed future.

Life Skills Programme

At C4U Homes, we deliver a structured Life Skills Programme tailored to each young person’s needs, helping them gain confidence, independence, and essential skills for adulthood.

We support young people to:

  • Understand and manage tenancy responsibilities

  • Learn to plan, cook, and shop for healthy meals

  • Manage money, budgeting, and benefits

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised living space

  • Build time management and personal organisation skills

  • Develop emotional resilience and wellbeing

  • Improve communication, problem-solving, and social skills

  • Attend appointments and engage with education, work, or training

Each young person is supported by a keyworker and progresses at their own pace through a mix of practical activities, guidance, and reflection.
