About the Role
We are looking for calm, reliable Sleep-in Support Workers to stay overnight at our 5-bed supported accommodation service. While the role is primarily sleep-in, you must be available to assist if a resident needs help or if there's an incident during the night.
Requirements
Ability to remain calm and professional in unexpected situations.
Basic understanding of safeguarding and young people’s needs.
Previous experience in care or housing support (preferred).
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Enhanced DBS required.
Key Responsibilities
Be present on site overnight and available to assist if required.
Respond appropriately to emergencies or disturbances.
Record overnight checks, events, or concerns in the log.
Ensure the property remains secure and safe.
Communicate clearly with the day team during handovers.
