Our Services

Referral Information

At C4U Homes Ltd, we welcome referrals from local authorities, social workers, placement teams, and other professionals working with young people aged 16 to 17 who require supported accommodation.

We specialise in placements for young people who are:

  • Leaving care or on the edge of care

  • At risk of homelessness or social breakdown

  • In need of a stable, supportive environment to develop independence

  • Requiring low to medium support (10–25 hours per week)

What We Offer

  • Fully compliant Ofsted-registered supported accommodation

  • Safe, shared living with private bedrooms

  • Dedicated keyworker support

  • 24/7 on-call safeguarding and emergency contact

  • Tailored support planning and life skills development

  • Weekly reporting and attendance at review meetings

  • Referral form or placement request letter

  • Risk assessment (if available)

  • Pathway Plan / PEP

  • Social worker contact details

  • Preferred placement start date

  • We aim to respond to all placement enquiries within 24 hours, and offer same-day assessments for emergency or priority placements where capacity allows.
