The Full Story
C4U Homes Ltd was founded with a simple but powerful vision: to create a safe and supportive home for young people who need more than just a roof over their heads. As a parent and professional, Akash Singh saw the growing gap in services for 16–17-year-olds leaving care — young people often caught between childhood and adulthood, needing stability, structure, and someone who believes in them. Inspired by that need, and driven by personal values of community and care, Akash began laying the foundations for a service that puts young people first. This journey quickly became a family mission. Akshita Dalal, stepped forward with a passion for social care and a deep commitment to making a difference. She is now training to become the Registered Manager, undertaking the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, and preparing to lead with compassion, professionalism, and purpose. Together, they founded C4U Homes Ltd, a service built not just on policies and procedures, but on people who care. People who listen. People who understand what it takes to help a young person move from uncertainty to independence.
